A systems thinker is better
intellectually skilled at managing the rapidly growing complexity of
the worlds of business, technology, innovation, employee engagement,
customer experience, and social interactions.
Systems thinking is about
dealing with the
whole system and thinking
about how things interact with
one another.
In
today’s interconnected world and
the modern era of systemic innovation,
systems thinkers are in growing
demand because input-output
approaches are not effective any
longer.
We
must begin by looking at the
nature of the whole; for the
parts and the whole must always
be thought of together.
