Create a Governance Board

Use the CRM project as a chance to rethink how you do things in your business

Allocate sufficient time for preparation and migration of the existing data

Be prepared to manage resistance to change

Make sure key staff, including the CEO, is involved



The Executive Sponsor should be involved in regular project reporting.

Identify and appoint 'champions' to head up a successful implementation

Provide training every time as a major change is made

Give users a way to provide feedback
